Max brings a wealth of experience as a qualified counsellor and mental health specialist, helping individuals and organisations understand the psychological impact of antisocial behaviour, conflict, and workplace stress.
His insight ensures our training goes beyond managing incidents. He focuses on the human side of security and wellbeing, helping professionals build emotional awareness, resilience, and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
